The family that runs the place are incredibly helpful, speak excellent English, and provide super fresh and delicious food. Their hospitality is outstanding. The location is stunning although a bit far from the center. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer incredible views. A must-go place!

The staff here were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home; definitely want to come back. the room was great, it felt like it was just built and was super comfy with even gates for extra security. Also, the hotel is right in the heart of the city! 🌟

its location in theth was amazing and particularly good, very close to blue eye and the mountains and the calm surrounding. besides, tower of nikoll koceku was 3 km away from the property. enjoyed our king room, it was clean and accommodating.

The double room at Royal Land was cozy and comfortable, with a private entrance and a balcony offering lovely garden views. I felt like I had my own little retreat. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a shower and free toiletries. It was a refreshing and relaxing place to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the city view from the room. However, I understand that some guests may appreciate the bustling cityscape.

Surrounded by mountains, beautiful dining area. Excellent breakfast prepared at 6AM for early hikers. Mind-blowing coffee. Great view and relaxing hammocks. Friendly staff. Easy to find with Google maps and good WiFi. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Cute animals around.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this gem of a hotel. the cozy rooms offered a stunning view of the mountains, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. the restaurant was lovely, and the homemade, fresh food made from ingredients grown by the owners themselves was absolutely delicious. They even drove us to Blue Eye and provided helpful tips for our sightseeing adventures. the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. We can't wait to come back next year.
